History
That Phanom College, Nakhon Phanom University, was originally named That Phanom Vocational College, founded on May 7, 1996, which was later merged into Nakhon Phanom University on September 2, 2005, announced in the Royal Gazette, Volume 122, Section 75ก, under the Office of the Higher Education Commission, Ministry of Education. Currently, it has an area of 69 rai, 2 ngan, 76 square wah, located at 457 Phanom Phanarak Road, That Phanom District, Nakhon Phanom Province.
On December 27, 2012, the Ministry of Education announced the Ministerial Regulation Establishing Nakhon Phanom University (No. 2) B.E. 2555 (2012), renaming it "That Phanom College." Vocational education is offered, comprising five vocational certificate programs: Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Accounting, and Business Computing; and five advanced vocational certificate programs: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Automation Engineering, Electronics and Robotics Engineering, Accounting, and Computer and Digital Marketing. At the tertiary level, four undergraduate programs are offered: the Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Energy Engineering; the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Modern Business Management; the Bachelor of Industrial Engineering (B.I.I.) in Electrical Engineering; and the Bachelor of Accountancy (B.A.) (Continuing Education).
